2.0 BP Objectives

For objective part, the usual reason that listed in preparing BP is;

1. To explain in written form of your business idea to get the financial loan.
2. as a proof that business can be set-up (resources, management preferences)
3. As Your guideline/milestone of your business management (POLC)
4. BP as tool to forecast the possibility of problem/s in future and minimize risks.

FYI, POLC stand for management functions -Planing, Organizing, Leading and Controlling. When you send BP to bankers, they usually prefer for the summarized BP. (You Keep The Full version for yourself).

What points should In Your Introduction Part?

Important Point:
1. A brief summary about the industry that you involved
2. Local or community role - influences the product demand / supply
3. The external and internal environment of your industry.
4. You (owner) determination to achieved mission that you set.

Business Plan

As I mention before, now i prefer to use Format Rancangan Perniagaan UITM. I like to use this BP format because i think this format is better to use as a tool to planning in starting new business and it more practical to use in Malaysia's. Compare with other country like U.S, the information gathering in Malaysia industries quite impossible to collect. Well, beside the lack awareness of technology among Malaysian, the community itself not a supporting one. Huh... pity on me... !!! almost give up to do the marketing plan part.

All the planning parts are the most important part which you have to make certain research by your own. Market research is the most part I hate to do. It very hard to get all the information.

Research usually will conduct to get the marketing information which you targeted. Once again, information in Sabah is not really well-documented. When thinking about this, actually it can be a business idea, which your main product is selling information.

Move On, the BP that I prepared and presented infront of Bankers and the business angel still i keep in my backpack. Not Sure when i can implement the BP. I will tell about the problems that i face in my BP later on.
